Eyebrow Tattoo Removal

Whether you're looking to remove old microblading or a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo, we use the same saline method tailored to the finer detail and more delicate skin of the brow area.

Because saline removal doesn't rely on heat or targeting ink pigment, it's considered gentler around the eyes and brows than laser methods, without the same risk of burning sensitive skin. That also makes it suitable regardless of your skin tone.

The goal is to gradually fade unwanted pigment while protecting the surrounding skin and supporting healthy healing between sessions — whether you want the pigment gone entirely or just faded enough to correct the shape or colour before new eyebrow work.

Typical timeline

Sessions: 3–6 sessionsSpacing: 8–10 weeks apart

Depends on how much pigment was originally implanted and how deep it sits — we'll give you a realistic estimate at your consultation.

Ideal for:

  • Old or faded microblading
  • Cosmetic eyebrow tattoo correction
  • Preparing for new eyebrow work
  • Unwanted eyebrow pigment

Confirmed at your free consultation, based on how much pigment needs lifting.

What a eyebrow tattoo removal session involves

At your consultation, we look at how the existing pigment sits in the skin, ask about your skin and health history, and may do a small patch test before agreeing a plan.

During the session, a sterile, single-needle machine works a saline solution along the existing microblading or eyebrow tattoo strokes, drawing pigment upward rather than breaking it down with heat or light.

Over the following days, expect mild tenderness and a light scab along the treated lines. It's especially important not to pick at this scab on the brow, since it affects both the fade and how evenly the skin heals.

Safety & hygiene

  • Sterile equipment and single-use needles for every session, on an area many clients understandably feel more cautious about
  • A full consultation and, where appropriate, a patch test before any brow work begins
  • Written aftercare guidance covering makeup-free healing time, since brow pigment removal heals differently to body tattoo removal

Eyebrow Tattoo Removal — common questions

Will my eyebrows look patchy while they're healing?+

Some light scabbing and unevenness along the brow is normal in the days after a session and is part of the pigment lifting out. It settles as the area heals — we'll talk you through what's normal versus what to flag at your consultation.

Can I get new microblading after saline removal?+

Yes — fading or removing old pigment first is one of the most common reasons clients come to us before booking new eyebrow work, since it gives the new artist a cleaner base to work from.

Is eyebrow saline removal safe for all skin tones?+

Yes. Because it doesn't rely on heat or light contrast between skin and pigment to work, saline removal is suitable across every skin tone, unlike some laser methods used for eyebrow correction.
