When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect:

• Email address
• Phone number

We don't collect payment details through the website — payment happens in person at your appointment.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use this information solely to respond to your booking request, arrange your consultation or appointment, and provide aftercare guidance. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've directly made) and, once an appointment is confirmed, performance of a contract with you.

Where your data is stored

Booking requests are submitted through Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards your request to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf under its own data protection agreements, and may process data outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your treatment plan and aftercare, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
