The Procedure
What a saline removal session actually involves
A sterile, single-needle tattoo machine is used to work a saline solution along the existing lines of your tattoo or PMU brows, following the pattern already in your skin. The salt concentration draws fluid — and the ink trapped in it — up through the skin, where it dries into a scab and sheds naturally, taking the ink with it. There's no heat and no laser involved, which is why it's suited to every skin tone and to sensitive areas like eyebrows.
Most tattoos take several sessions spaced weeks apart, so your skin can fully heal between visits. We'll give you a realistic session estimate at your consultation.
