Body Tattoo Removal
Black And Coloured Ink
We offer professional tattoo removal for body tattoos of all sizes and colours. Using the same saline solution across every treatment, we help break down tattoo ink safely, allowing your body to naturally eliminate the pigment over time.
Every treatment plan is customised based on your tattoo's size, colour, depth, and age, plus your skin type and desired result — whether that's a complete removal, a partial fade, or lightening a tattoo enough to prepare it for a cover-up.
Because saline doesn't rely on contrast between skin tone and ink colour to work, it's consistent across every skin tone, and it can lift colours like white, pastel, or fluorescent ink that laser often struggles to target at all.
Typical timeline
Depends on ink density, size, and how many colours are involved. Smaller or single-colour tattoos are usually on the lower end.

What a body tattoo removal session involves
Your first visit is a consultation where we assess the tattoo, check your skin and health history for anything that would affect healing, and give you a realistic session estimate and price.
Each session uses a sterile, single-needle machine to work saline solution along the existing tattoo lines. Most sessions take 30 to 90 minutes depending on size — it's normal to see ink lift onto the wipe as we work.
A scab forms within 4 to 10 days and needs to be left to shed naturally; full fading from that single session continues for 8 to 10 weeks as the new skin settles, before the next session is booked 8 to 10 weeks out.
Safety & hygiene
- Sterile, single-use needles and tools for every session, whatever the tattoo's size
- A full consultation and health check before treatment, covering conditions like keloid scarring, uncontrolled diabetes, or clotting disorders that affect suitability
- Antiseptic cleaning before and after treatment, with written aftercare instructions to take home

Body Tattoo Removal — common questions
Can coloured tattoos be fully removed, not just black ink?+
Yes. Because saline removal doesn't depend on contrast between ink colour and skin tone the way laser does, it can lift black, coloured, and even white, pastel, or fluorescent ink that laser often struggles to target.
How many sessions will a large tattoo need?+
Typically towards the higher end of our 4–8 session range, spaced 8–10 weeks apart, though it depends on ink density and how many colours are involved. We'll give you a realistic estimate at your free consultation.
Will saline tattoo removal leave scarring?+
Saline removal doesn't use heat, which is what causes most heat-related scarring with laser methods. As with any treatment that involves the skin, following aftercare properly — not picking at the scab — matters for how the skin heals.
